JOHN SABO - Director, Commercial Division,  MCG

A long-time Virginia resident and George Mason University graduate, John Sabo has over 25 years of experience in the sale, leasing, and development of commercial real estate throughout Northern Virginia.

John specializes in land, industrial, retail, and office properties, representing a wide range of clients—from publicly traded companies to local businesses and individual owners. His deep market knowledge and extensive professional network allow him to effectively match owners with qualified buyers and tenants.

John has been involved in the development of numerous properties across the Washington, DC Metro area, giving him valuable insight into zoning, entitlements, and the municipal approval process. His core markets include Fairfax County, Fairfax, Falls Church, Reston, and Vienna, Virginia.

He is a former Chair and Commissioner of the City of Fairfax Economic Development Authority, serves on the boards of two local startups, is active in local charities, and leads a team ranked #2 Commercial Team in the U.S. within the Berkshire Hathaway network.

SAEID NIKKA - Associate

Saied brings a unique, operations-driven perspective to commercial real estate built on a lifelong background in business. Having spent years on the operational side, he understands firsthand the decisions that directly impact success.

Saeid’s family remains actively involved in the restaurant industry, giving him long-standing relationships with local and regional landlords, as well as a practical understanding of how owners, tenants, and operators think and negotiate. This real-world experience allows him to represent clients with insight that extends well beyond the transaction itself.

He works closely with investors, sellers, buyers, and tenants across retail, industrial, mixed-use, land, and restaurant properties, providing thoughtful guidance, disciplined negotiation, and tailored marketing strategies. Known for his responsiveness and work ethic, Saeid is deeply involved in every assignment—ensuring clients receive clear communication, careful analysis, and consistent advocacy from start to finish.

With an active local network, a strong grasp of market dynamics, and an unwavering commitment to client objectives, Saeid focuses on delivering results that align with both immediate goals and long-term value. Carly Ballard - Associate

Carly started her career in real estate working with a team of investors to identify, acquire, and manage commercial retail and multi-family real estate investments. Carly's journey into entrepreneurship was ignited by the relentless drive and passion she witnessed in fellow entrepreneurs. In 2018, she took a bold leap to embark on her own path, setting the stage for the inception of her thriving practice.

Carly has a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University and is a licensed Broker serving Maryland.
Carly lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and four children.
